At the heart of a vineyard this beautiful Mas of 200m2 fully air conditioned awaits you for your holidays in the south of France. Ideally located just 7km from Beziers 15km from Pezenas and 20km from the beaches
You will appreciate the peace of the countryside and the proximity of the city and the beaches.
This old barn completely renovated without opposite with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can accommodate up to 12 people.
You will find on the ground floor a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a large dining room, a games room with billiards and board games, a living room with fireplace and 1 separate toilet.
on the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 extra toilets and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1 equipped with a bed 160x200 has its private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 with 4 beds 2 beds 90x200 (can be pushed together) and a bunk bed
Bedroom 3 is equipped with 90 bunk beds.
Bedroom 4 equipped with a bed 160.

One bathroom with shower and another with bathtub.
Outside you will have a barbecue for your grills and can take your meals in the sun on terrace of 150m2 or under the covered part when the sun of the south heats too much, you will also appreciate the ping-pong table and the private swimming pool without not overlooked.
The area is located 10 minutes from Beziers and shops and 20 minutes from the beaches 1h20 from the Spanish border by the A9, you can also go to Montpellier in 50 minutes thanks to the free highway.
We will advise you on the visits or activities not to be missed in our beautiful region, they are many and varied:
Sea side you can enjoy the beach in idleness mode or discover the paddle or towed buoy, you can also spend a day in Aqualand Cap d'Agde which is 35 minutes from the cottage, you can stroll on the harbor or the streets pedestrians and beach traders go out to eat shellfish and seafood or have a drink feet in the sand.
Land side you can learn to canoe in the river tree climbing scooter downhill children will enjoy the pony rides but you can also visit the beautiful city of Pezenas and its many craft shops or visit other beautiful sites classified as the 9 locks of the Canal du Midi, St Guilhem the desert ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, or Lake Salagou.
The department being a very large wine region you can also visit the many cellars and taste the wine of the region. Many mountain bike or hiking trails are nearby and maps are available at the cottage.
