Apartment on the 1st floor near a large park with covered swimming pool and games for children. Between the sea and the mountains, on the heights of the hilltop village of Callian, in a peaceful setting, you can however enjoy outdoor leisure activities as well as cultural and festive events on the French Riviera:

- Perched villages of the picturesque canton of Fayence

- The lake of St Cassien (less than 15 mins)

- Grasse and its many museums (30 mins drive)

- French Riviera (35 minutes from Cannes and St Raphael)

- The Gorges du Verdon (1 hour away) ...
Freshly renovated, independent, it is equipped with an American kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, kettle), 2 bathrooms (shower , sink, electric towel dryer, WC & bath, double sink, bidet, WC), plenty of storage. Sleeps 8 people with a 140x200 bed, a 160x200 bed, 2 90x190 beds and a sofa bed. Linens, toilet paper and cleaning products provided.

Automatic gate (a remote control is provided), parking for 3 to 4 cars at the foot of the apartment.

Outside, you have a large terrace with parasol on which you can have lunch, electric barbecue.
