At the foot of the dunes, just steps from the beach, we offer this charming 66 m² house, ideally located in a holiday residence with a communal swimming pool, 900 m from the center of Biscarrosse Plage, with direct access to beachfront restaurants, surf schools, and more. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance leading to the main living area with a TV corner (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented). The living area is equipped with a fan and an air cooler to ensure maximum comfort. A fully equipped American-style kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine), a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet for added convenience, and a bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (160cm) provides two additional sleeping spaces, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). You also have a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an awning, ideal for enjoying your meals. At the front of the property, there is another terrace area where you can also park your car. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bicycle during your stay – perfect for a walk on the beach at sunset, discovering our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region. A sunny holiday awaits!

The town is a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn surfing, fly over the Dune paragliding, multiple golf courses, all while tasting the region's wines and oysters. It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
