Chalet La Frasse is an OVO Network property. This 6 bedroom 3 bathroom terraced chalet for 12, is set over 4 floors ,150 metres squared of floor space.

With an attic that has been transformed into a haven for children, with a play space as well as two bedrooms under the sloping eaves, the property on the road up to the Cret du Merle, has simply beautiful views across the trees to Beauregard in La Clusaz.

Chalet La Frasse is also next door neighbour to another OVO Network property - Chalet Charmar, with a capacity of 13, so for larger groups (up to 25) wanting to holiday with lots of friends, why not book both properties together?

The main living space has a large flat screen TV and a wood burning stove, in the large lounge area and a spacious dining room overlooking the garden to the rear of the property and the kitchen.

This property will be ideal for families with kids of similar ages, or for groups of friends. The access to the piste is good and within 150m, it's possible to ski back via the woods above the chalet to arrive in the back garden.

Please note the parking is a short 40m walk from the chalet. The children's area at the top of the house is under the eaves and has low sloping ceilings. The access road to the chalet can be very challenging in the winter, please ensure your vehicle is suitably equipped. IMPORTANT: if you decide to book Chalet La Frasse together with Chalet Charmar or Chalet Zamaro next door, please be aware that none of the property's dining tables can accomodate more than the capacity of each rental.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
