This beautiful family building built in 1789, in freestone, has recently been completely renovated with taste and offers furnished rental of a Studio, T1, T2 or T2 Bis type apartment according to your choice and all served by a lift. Port-Royal is located due south, in the calm and the sun, between the decanal Saint Louis and the typical place de l'hospitalet with its small tapas bars, pizzeria and the famous sculpture of the artist Di Rosa. Overlooking the port, a 5-minute walk from the halls, restaurants, the sea theater, museums and a small beach, it takes just 15 minutes on foot to reach the Lido and the large beaches. You do not have to take your car to get around and if you wish, you will find a bus stop nearby and 2 km from the train station.
