DESCRIPTION: Close to the owners but completely independent (accommodation, entrance, parking, garden), you will enjoy a pleasant and preserved setting with a 300m² pool. Located in a district 2km from the village bakery, the proximity of Mont- de-Marsan (15km) offers you all the services of the city (shops, culture, sport…). Carrefour Market at 9km.

ACTIVITIES: canoeing, horse riding, golf, hiking, fishing (live on site), Landes race, Jean-Rostand center, Bastides heritage. Come and discover the Landes culture and its renowned products (local festivals, Regional Natural Park, gastronomy and tasting at local producers ...). Swimming possibilities on Barbotan or Mont-de-Marsan lake (20 minutes by car). 1.5 hour car excursions to ocean beaches, the Pyrenees, the Basque Country and elsewhere (6 km from the motorway).
