At the entrance, there is a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and a mirror. The toilet is separate.

Access to the central terrace of the Valentin Esplanade will be prohibited (covered parking work). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.
