Located in Denia in a small residence, the apartment is 100 meters from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk from Denia Marina with its fabulous bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. The center of Denia and all its amenities is only 1km away.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a 2-storey residence, consists of a bedroom (1 double bed), a living room (1 sofa bed) with open kitchen, and a bathroom. You can relax on the terrace or in the garden which directly overlooks the outdoor swimming pool open all year round. You will also have a parking space, the residence's Wifi.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante and with its 20 kilometers of coastline and has beaches of fine sand, pebbles, rocky coves with transparent waters. You can take walks along the seafront, visit the castle, the old port, the many shops, markets, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs, etc. It is the ideal place for relaxing, for family holidays or for practicing many water sports, jet skis, kayaks, paddle surfing, tennis, golf or hiking in the Montgo Natural Park.
Finally, you will reach the ferry port of Dénia at 1.1 km, Les Marines beach at 3.1 km and Alicante-Elche airport at 85 km. option:
