For us this house is a paradise and I hope it will be for you. Easy to maintain, it is very friendly and exotic, not too fragile and rather natural than sophisticated.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the Villa Algérienne, 15 from the beach and the village of l'Herbe and 15 minutes walk from the ocean. It touches the bike paths that crisscross the peninsula. Close to the Canon with all shops and when there is plenty of opportunity to drive to the Super U Claouey or have it delivered
The house, 130m2, has 5 rooms on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets including 2 independent and a sanibroyeur (the roots having been right of the pipes, we remedy by this system):
Bedroom 1 approximately 10.5m2: with double bed 160
All other bedrooms have twin beds
Bedroom 2 approximately 10.5m2: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3 about 10m2 is a children's room: 2 times 2 bunk beds
Bedroom 4 about 13m2: 2 twin beds and a loft bed for 2 people that I do not count ds the rental because we have the nose in the ceiling but it can troubleshoot
Bedroom 5 approximately 11m2
Living room of about 32m2.
As you can see in the photo, the house is made of load-bearing walls and only sliding windows. A canopy in front allows to put the big garden table when it is not nice. We do not often want to eat inside! Of course, there are umbrellas but the pines are shady.
It is located in the middle of a garden of 1300m2 pins arbutus, not overlooked and very quiet
2 terraces: 1 in front of the living room and 1 behind the kitchen that is used bcp for breakfast as well sheltered. I emphasize that we live mainly outside thanks to sliding windows closed by electric shutters and the awning which allows to stay in the air even in the mean time!
There are of course garden furniture, plancha, toys, board games, baby equipment: pot, bathtub, cot, changing table, high chair. Bcp of crockery and cookware, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, Wifi, Orange TV, Nespresso machine, cooking robot. The kitchen is new, large oven and microwave. Everything is electric. You will have the instructions for use of the appliances as well as the house, each house having its small manias.
