The interior layout of the villa offers a large area and a very good comfort. A beautiful covered terrace at the front of the villa allows you to take meals away from the sun while enjoying the exceptional view.

The terraced garden is decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plantations and a pétanque court. The pool is protected by an approved security alarm.

Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday): self-check-in from 3pm (key box, details specified after booking)

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Heating pool: 200€/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20€/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 € for the first item + 10 €/additional item, to choose between :
Bed + mattress/bathtub/stroller cane/dining chair/pot/changing mat

*** Heating of the pool only possible from June to September depending on weather conditions. We could refuse the heating of the pool at any time before your arrival if we believe that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be completely due. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an extra charge of €50. Please contact us for any further information.

Not included (mandatory):
- Security deposit: 2000€ by credit card only
- *Tourist tax: 3.31€ per night and per person over 18 years old (4* rated accomodation)
