The apartment opens onto a large south-facing balcony enjoying a lovely view of a clearing surrounded by larches and the surrounding high mountains.

For children and adults alike, at the foot of the residence on the south side, the residence benefits from a slightly sloping meadow ideal for tobogganing in winter and outdoor games in summer.

LES ORRES 1650 sector of Prébois haut.

The resort from 1550m to 2720m above sea level has 100 km of alpine ski slopes including 7 green, 6 blue, 20 red and 4 black, snow cannons on more than half of the ski area.
Several cross-country ski trails and pedestrian and snowshoe routes nearby.
The station is located above EMBRUN near the lake of SERRE PONCON, the national park of ECRINS and the regional park of QUEYRAS.
Skating rink, center of cultural activities and toboggan Orrian express nearby in the center of the station.

ACCESS TO THE RENTAL:

BY TRAIN from the EMBRUN train station:

- take the shuttle bus to LES ORRES station
- get off at the stomach parking lot stop
- finally take the RIOU SEC path on the right.
The residence is the first building 100 meters on the right.

BY ROAD from SAVINES LE LAC:

- take the direction of EMBRUN
- at the BARATIER roundabout take the ORRES (14 km)
- 200 meters before arriving at the center of the station, turn right on Chemin du RIOU SEC.
