Our villa is ideally located around a small grassy and tree-filled square where calm and tranquility reigns.
Every morning, you can take advantage of the market a few minutes walk and discover the best products of the island (most important market of Oleron).

On the beach side you have the choice:
- In the East, "continent side", they are sheltered from the wind. Huge blue expanse with Ile de Ré, Aix and Fort Boyard in front of you. You will find there the beaches of Brée, Gautrelle, Saumonards (naturists authorized).
- In the West, America. The beaches are more exposed there and will delight lovers of waves and wind. Ideal for windsurfing and other surfing.

Back from the beach, a heated outdoor shower is at your disposal!
Then the aperitif awaits you in the outdoor lounge day and night.

So put your car down and get around on foot or by bike, here everything is close.
