My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families such as the La Palmyre ZOO, the third private zoological establishment in France as well as its Royan Atlantique La Palmyre racetrack where the three best obstacle trainers in France are established.
You will appreciate my accommodation for the kitchen, the comfort, the comfortable beds and the view. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children).
Marennes and Ile d'Oléron are nearby.
Cognac and the visit of its world famous cellars an hour away.
The Medoc wine route is a possibility not to be overlooked by taking the Royan-Le Verdon ferry.
The Médoc vineyard covers almost 100 km and includes 8 appellations (Médoc, Haut Médoc, Margaux, Pauillac, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Moulis and Listrac). It brings together the most prestigious of the Grands Crus Classés of Bordeaux (classification of 1855) as well as tasty Crus Bourgeois and Artisans.
The villa has 3 real bedrooms with double beds plus 2 BZ sofas each in a separate room.
Regarding the 2 bathrooms, you can wash yourself in a walk-in shower, teak furniture decor with marble basin.
In the large living room there are 2 corner sofas arranged around a wood insert for the winter.
A large flat screen with C + and Csat (package with sports and cinema channels as well as many foreign, English, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish channels) is available for TV evenings.
Finally, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, fridge) with all the necessary utensils will allow you to delight your guests.
