3 rooms - 54 m2 - Stanislas district, two steps from Forville and Souquet market. Residence in peace. 8 min walk to the beach, festival palace, and rue Antibes. Good for 3-4 people. Good for holidays or conventions. Nice for a group of friends or a family.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one big living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet separately. The apartment is well equipped and fully furnished. It is close to the famous Suquet and Forville market, 8-10 'on foot to the city center, Antibes street, beach, and Palais du Festival. It is in a safe and calm residence, but close to everything. There is Wifi in the apartment, and parking is free in front of the building. It is suitable for 3-4 people on vacation or staying for festival / workshop / conferences. More than 4 people then each extra pay 10 Eur per day (6 max). Normally we do not prefer to have 6 adults in our apartment, though. No pets are allowed. No smoking.
