On the banks of the Neste, with views of the mountains, not overlooked, in a quiet residence with swimming pool, sauna and hammam. the apartment consists of a beautiful entrance with chest of drawers and cupboard, a bathroom with bath, a kitchen living room with a bay window with two doors offering access to a loggia balcony of almost 9m2. Finally upstairs you will find a very large bedroom (25m2) as well as a storage space (ideal for a cot). The property is rented fully equipped with ceramic hobs, cookware, microwave, dishes (plates, cups, bowls, dishes, etc.), electric kettle, toaster, percolator compatible with Senseo pods, raclette machine 6- 8 people, fridge, oven, TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack. The residence offers access to broadband wifi. (Packages from 4 € per day)

Travelers access

In a holiday residence you will undoubtedly appreciate having the leisure to enjoy common areas such as an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna and a hammam.
You will benefit from a private enclosed garage in the basement, a ski closet and access to the laundromat.

Bed linen and towels can be provided on request and for a fee of € 29 per stay.

Transport / Neighborhood
Quiet residential area with a bus stop for the shuttle (free to the ski lifts, regular passage every 10 min approximately). You will also find in the street, 200 m from the apartment, a bakery ..
A bus stop is located in front of the residence with a rotation every 20 minutes serving the cable cars, the cable car, the thermal baths and the village center of St Lary.

Other remarks

Cleaning must be done on leaving (the apartment has all the necessary equipment). A cleaning deposit of € 100 will be requested upon arrival.
If you wish to benefit from the cleaning service, this must be ordered at least one week before your arrival and you will be charged € 60.

The delivery of the keys and the inventory of entry / exit will be done on site through our local agency. In case of late arrival or on Sunday, the keys will be collected via a key box.
