The fridge, the induction hob, the washing machine, the towel dryer of the bathroom, the hood of the suction and the 3 electric convector heaters with inertia are new (change end 2017-beginning of 2018)

Finally, the covered parking in the residence itself will allow you to calmly consider your travel by car.
