Happy to have put our bags in this peaceful neighborhood, we want you to discover the relaxing atmosphere of our family villa. Enjoy Marseille at the edge of the water: 100 m, the beach; walk to restaurants, bars, shops but also the park, nautical base. An ideal setting to relax and enjoy your family vacation. Our house, built in the thirties, was completely renovated in 2016. We have laid out the attic and completely redesigned the plan to make it a nice and functional home. The house has two levels and is about 120 m². On the ground floor, besides the two bedrooms and the bathroom you will find the kitchen and the living room which overlook a large veranda open to the garden with barbecue. Upstairs, our room, bright and spacious sea view which has a large shower and a toilet. You will find in the house many books for all ages, children's toys.
Located in a residential area, calm but alive. The neighborhood is very peaceful, we are close to the beach but we can also enjoy many activities: restaurants, shops, bars, parks, museum, bowl, kite surf spot, nautical base. All these activities are close by. Ideally served, this area is accessible by bus, bike station, it also has a nautical shuttle to the old port. This area is also very nice because of its proximity to the Massif Marseilleveyre and creeks.

A bus stop is 3 minutes from the house. Bus 19 runs frequently to reach the historic center in 20 minutes. Correspondence with the metro 2. You can also take the shuttle boat that is at the port of Pointe Rouge and the connection with the old port and the small picturesque port of Goudes. As for the car, you have the possibility to park it in our driveway.
