Breathtaking view of the beach and the ocean: no need to leave the apartment to see the waves in the morning! The view is also superb over the chapel, the pine forest and the Pyrenees in the distance.

Renovated, clean and well appointed with contemporary style furniture, this 42m2 crossing apartment (west and east balconies) located on the 2nd floor, is very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is independent, the toilets are separate and a large shower in a real bathroom.
The residence is secured with collective private parking at the bottom of the building (space not allocated).

Ideally placed, everything can be done on foot: the beach is a few meters away; the pharmacy, shops and a supermarket, restaurants & bars on the Place des Landais are 500m away. The city center is a few minutes away.
The towns of Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, St Sébastien are close and quick to reach thanks to the motorway.

Equipment: flat screen TV, WIFI (Freebox + Free TV), smoke detector. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher (12 place settings), Tassimo & Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, electric plancha. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron.

Sleeps: a double bed (140), a convertible sofa (lit140) and a convertible sofa (lit120).
Each bed includes a mattress protector, two pillows, a duvet.
Household linen (towels and bedding) can be provided.

Respectful behavior of the place and the neighborhood is required.
State of entry and exit carried out by the owners.
No overflow (4 people).
Non smoking apartment and no animals.
