Large family house restored by us, designed to be a cocoon in the heart of the city. Once through the door, another universe opens up to you! The house, facing the garden and the salt pool, is a haven of peace. Close to the Garonne theater, the Abattoirs Contemporary Art Museum, the Zénith, the Halles de la Cartoucherie (restaurants, bookstore, performance hall) 7 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the city center. On the edge of the Saint-Cyprien district, left bank of the Garonne, the river is just a stone's throw away. Between the Purpan hospital and the Saint-Cyprien market, everything can be done on foot, by bike (3 are available), and by metro. Mini-markets, organic grocery store, small supermarket, local market just a stone's throw away. Ideal point for visiting Carcassonne, Albi, Rodez, or taking a getaway to the sea or the mountains... or staying on site to relax in the salt pool, heated if necessary... If it's too hot outside , we installed a duct which will keep the interior atmosphere pleasant. If it's cold, a fireplace (closed hearth) will warm you up!
