Holiday Rental in Sète: Bright studio-cabin of approximately 22m² of living space with a veranda of 10m². It is located on the fifth and last floor (with elevator) and has a view of Mont Saint-Clair. Its orientation is East. The beaches are 300 m away and the shops 100 m away. The living room is made up of a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave/grill), a television and a double bed. In the cabin, there are two single bunk beds.
The bathroom (shower and sink) is separate from the WC. A parking space is provided at number 158. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
