This accommodation is equipped to accommodate four adults and one child.
Bedroom 1: 14 m², double bed, sheets provided.
Bedroom 2: 14 m², double bed, extra bed for child under 5 years, sheets provided.
Lounge: 20 sqm, two seater sofa.
Veranda: 10 sqm with double sofa bed.
Kitchen of 8 m² with: hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher
Bathroom (4m²) towels provided.
The accommodation is non-smoking. However, you can smoke in the garden. Evenings are not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
This house built in 1932, without wall, is composed of two floors.
The ground floor, full foot with independent entrance, is dedicated to holidaymakers.
The first floor is occupied by the owners.
The garden of 500 square meters (house included) is to share between vacationers and owners.
