About This Property
Do you dream of discovering the majestic cliffs of Étretat? Our beautiful fisherman's house is for you. Ideally located in the heart of the city center in a semi-pedestrian street in the heart of the courtyard, it's a little paradise. Recently renovated (May 2018), the house is bright, comfortable and absolutely quiet. You will be in the immediate vicinity of everything; car parks, shops and the best local gastronomy. It takes only two minutes to reach the pebble beach. So all in the water!
We stay regularly in our house and welcome family and friends. All the ground floor has been redesigned and refurbished, a new room has been created it includes a toilet, a hand washing, a towel dryer and a washing machine. A fully equipped American kitchen has been installed, the insulation has been reinforced with the installation of a new tile and a new entrance door.
In the courtyard, the garden furniture will allow you to take your meals or to read quietly. In the living room you will find a sofa with leg rest, very comfortable after a getaway on the cliffs! and a flat screen TV 107 cm.
On the 1st floor, a vintage double room equipped with a desk and a new bedding (September 2018). A small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. A single room (bed 1. 20m new also) + baby welcome (crib, high chair, toys ...)
On the 2nd floor, the largest bedroom with a double bed (king size). Beds will be made upon arrival and towels are provided.
The house is decorated with care.
The guide at home is updated regularly, it is full of advice on the activities, news and history of the resort. We also shared all our good culinary plans to avoid disappointment! Tourist brochures are available as well as the house book. In short, it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy the region!
Our house is classified "Meublé de tourisme 2 étoiles" for this reason the tourist tax is 0. 90 € per night (from 18 years). The site is responsible for the amount collected and returned to the tax authorities.

On the Place du Vieux Market, a small tourist train can take you to the cliff of Amont from April 1st to September 30th.
