Birdie House: Located in a quiet residence in the heart of the Lacanau golf estate, this house is an ideal option for a family holiday or a sporty stay, close to nature and outdoor activities. Its location is particularly appreciated for its tranquillity, while remaining just a few minutes from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Lacanau Lake. The ocean is about 4 kilometres away, the lake 3 kilometres away, and shops 4 kilometres away, offering a good balance between peace and accessibility.



The pavilion offers a functional and pleasant living space, with a living area including a dining area and a comfortable lounge equipped with a television. The kitchenette integrated into the living area is fully equipped for a completely independent stay, with hob, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and storage. The bathroom, with bathtub and washbasin unit, provides appreciable comfort for family holidays, while the toilet is separate.



Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 cm and a chest of drawers offers a comfortable sleeping space, while an open mezzanine overlooking the living room has a trundle bed that can be transformed into a double bed, providing a practical solution for accommodating children or guests. Outside, the landscaped terrace with a garden lounge allows enjoying meals outdoors and the calm of the residence. A utility room completes the house for storing beach items or sports equipment.



This pavilion constitutes a lovely seasonal rental opportunity in Lacanau, particularly suited to holidaymakers seeking accommodation in a quiet location, close to the golf course and cycle paths. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an optional extra upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
