The residence offers a calm environment, with parking located at the rear of the buildings.



The Ocean beach is accessible about 100 metres away, shops are 400 metres away and Lacanau lake is 5 km away.



The accommodation consists of a pleasant living room with a table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people, a storage unit and a television. The integrated kitchenette area is equipped with a sink, electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, storage spaces, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.



The room has a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, an Italian-style shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the ocean and is equipped with a table and chairs, allowing one to fully enjoy the maritime environment.



A basement garage is available for a small vehicle.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
