76 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms of 13 m², an independent living room of 17 m² (which can be used as a third bedroom), and an entrance with a fourth sofa bed. Sheets and towels are not provided (unless otherwise agreed with me, if possible).

2 mins walk from the Thiou banks prommenade, which leads in 5 mins to the old town, then to the lake. Shops, restaurants, bakery in the immediate vicinity.

5 mins walk from the SNCF train station and the bus station (or 1 bus stop: Banque de France). Free parking possible 10 minutes on foot.
