At 50m from a large sandy beach, the residence offers a wide range of outdoor facilities for all ages: 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, petanque court, children's playground with ping table Pong and swings.
A large swimming pool protected by a security barrier will allow you to relax at any time, and why not enjoy a small snack at the adjoining bar .....
The apartment, quiet and comfortable, with an area of 36m2 + 7m2 of terrace, can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in room with double bed 160 and 2 others thanks to the sofa to unfold in the living room.
Everything is designed to guarantee you a stay in total tranquility: white walls and discreet decor, air conditioning, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge freezer, balcony with outdoor furniture giving On the alleys of the residence, and the television.
Free parking guarded July / August, park sported by 3 hectares, the center of Moriani Beach is about 500m.
