Come to spend your holidays in this nice recent house of 125 m2 located on a ground of 1500 m2 with nice view on a pond. From the house you reach the beach by a small walk of 10 minutes through woods.
You arrive at the beach "canteens" where natural pools of sea water alongside the ocean.

Parental suite overlooking the garden with a bed 160 x 200, dressing room, iron and ironing board, bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer and straighteners are available.

Guest space with 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 160 x 200, one with bay window overlooking the terrace and garden, a second bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a second separate toilet .

The living-dining room is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a large corner sofa, television and overlooks a large terrace overlooking the garden thanks to its large bay window.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a combined microwave, a induction plate 4 fires, a hood, a double sink, coffee maker, toaster ...

The storeroom features a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine and central vacuum.

The house is extended by a large terrace decorated with a blind, a garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs, deckchairs, a plancha and a barbecue.
A hammock will reach you for a moment of idleness under the trees where you will be lulled by the sound of the waves perceptible from the house.
