For stays from the beginning of October to the end of March, electricity will be your responsibility, a meter reading will be taken upon your arrival.
For any stay of less than 7 days the cleaning package is obligatory, i.e. 120 euros which includes the interior and exterior carried out by a cleaning company. For stays of more than 7 nights, cleaning is optional.
