Located in the classified district of the palace of the archbishops, the Cours Mirabeau and 400 meters from Les Halles, we offer you our APARTMENT being part of a discreet secure 18th century bourgeois building. The carriage door leads to a covered passageway giving access to the hall covered with wood paneling and a carpet of cement tiles. The gray ashlar staircase and its wrought iron banister leads you to our APARTMENT located only on the first floor. Appreciable every day when you are charged.
Access for travelers:
As soon as you arrive, our BOUDOIR invites you to sit on the sofa to enjoy a good Nespresso coffee after putting your jacket on in the large wardrobe whose doors called “Narbonne style” are typical of the 18th century. We don't forget about tea lovers, a kettle is at your disposal. The corridor leads to the functional shower room and leads you to your SPACIOUS BEDROOM located in a quiet area overlooking a flowery interior courtyard. Our apartment is furnished with family furniture. The wrought iron LIT is in 140. Its quality MATTRESS and the slatted base are completely NEW to promote restful sleep for our guests. Television (HD) is when in 80 cm with all the channels of DTT.
A WIFI connection is available on request and without any additional costs.
For any stay of more than three nights, we provide you with FREE TWO BICYCLES to enjoy and discover our city from a different perspective. (Specify the day of your reservation)
Exchanges with travelers:
Unlike many of the accommodation offered, we do not live at the bottom of a dark dead end or a ground floor with a direct view of the canal and its smells… It is also not a dormitory accommodation, showroom IKEA. We want to remain faithful to the welcoming spirit of the region by opening our home, a home…. We are the owners and it is we who will welcome you personally in a family building, to share our city with you as we live it.

A privileged location, just 90 meters from the banks of the canal and 500 meters from the covered market in the halls and 1000 meters from the SNCF train station or bus lines (bus station) and parking lots.
Many craft shops or galleries nearby ... all like a choice of restaurants with authentic French cuisine and of course homemade .... that we will be happy to share with you!
Transport:
- Our apartment is located 800 meters walk from the SNCF train station and the bus station.
- Are you coming by car? no worries… We have everything planned: 2 secure car parks located just 50 meters away are at your disposal. The Cours Mirabeau underground car park (paying € 11.80 / 24h) or the Bourg car park (paying € 7.80 / 24h). SECURE PARKING OFFERED FROM FRIDAY 7:00 p.m. TO MONDAY 9:00 a.m. (free parking spaces also nearby)
Other remarks:
- Although our apartment is self-contained, it does NOT include a KITCHEN; but just dishes, cutlery, a MICROWAVE and a REFRIGERATOR. Possibility to do your shopping within 600 meters until 22. 00.
- For your comfort, if you cannot or do not wish to take your SHEETS, TOWELS AND SOAP, they will be provided to you at a supplement of 20 EUROS payable on your arrival and to be specified immediately when booking.
- An iron can be made available on request when booking.
