Renovated house, in the heart of the preserved district of Abatilles, just 10 minutes walk from Pereire and Arbousiers beaches.

House in the middle of the pines, very close to the bicycle paths of the seafront and away from the bustle of the city.

This house of 100 m2 on one level, with enclosed garden of 300m2, can ideally accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 6 adults). It includes a bright living-dining room, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 individual modular beds in double bed, and another with 4 bunk beds. 2 bathrooms each with WC, one in the master suite.
Each room has a French window overlooking the garden which allows a certain independence.

The furniture is a mix of bargain pieces (farm table, chests, chairs, 1900 geo maps ...) and new furniture (sofa, XO stools, hotel-type bedding, Fermob chairs ...).

Facilities: wi-fi, TV-DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, barbecue, baby equipment on request (cot, high chair).

Provision of 4 adult city bikes and 3 children bikes (sizes between 6 and 12 years old).

Near:
- halfway between the center of Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat
- 400m from Tennis Club and Thalasso
- 200m from small local shops (mini-market, pharmacy, doctor)
- 5 min by bike from Moulleau with shops and restaurants, boat shuttle to Cap Ferret in season
- 10 min by bicycle from the Sailing Circle of Pyla sur mer

Possibility to rent bed linen and bathroom on request.

End of stay cleaning at an additional cost.
