* 3 bedrooms for 6 people:
one with queen size bed 160 x 200 and private bathroom
two other rooms each equipped with a large 1 bed 140 x 200
* A bathroom with bathtub
* A covered terrace with 6 seats
1 drying rack
6 sunbeds
1 swimming pool with robot
1 outdoor shower for the pool
1000 € deposit, cash, will be requested on arrival and delivered after the inventory
Two possible options:
Cleaning may be your responsibility. If we consider that the state of cleanliness of exit does not conform to the state of cleanliness of entry, then you will be retained 100 € for the household.
If cleaning the house after your departure, 100 € will be asked for the cleaning fee.
