Cottage

Come and stay in the Moulin de la Fontaine, 1h30 from Paris, in a calm and restful setting in the heart of the countryside, with a large open space and a 9 hectare pond for fishing.
The cottage is located on the floor above our house.
The cottage consists of a living room with a sofa bed, television and dining area, a small kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob and coffee maker. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC. And a large bedroom with 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90.
Outside you will have a garden furniture by the pond and a barbecue.
You will find a pedal boat and a ping pong table available to all tenants.
Paddle rental on request.
We are located near Briare where you can visit the canal bridge, 22 km from Gien famous for its pottery and its hunting museum.
Also close to Saint Fargeau and Guedelon for its medieval construction site with the construction of a fortified castle.
And 15 kms from Rogny to visit the seven locks.
