Located against the famous rue Foch where the Arc de Triomphe is located, this apartment benefits from one of the most beautiful addresses in the city. You will be seduced by the charm of its beautiful old building and its high ceilings. On the first floor in a quiet and crossing street (overlooking a private dead end at the back) this apartment with large rooms will be the ideal place for your stay in Montpellier. Composed of a beautiful living room of about 25m2 with an open and equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and finally a large parental suite of 25m2 in absolute calm. The decoration of this property has been looked after by its interior decorating owner and its level of equipment is very good (160cm bed = queen size, internet, TV, washer-dryer, ...). The sofa bed in the living room allows extra sleeping only.

To do so, you will receive an email immediately after your reservation allowing us to schedule this meeting.


In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:

• for an arrival from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including VAT payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.

In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.

At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
The latter is permanently available on our Class Appart site.
