In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from the shops, this pleasant duplex patio villa is located in a residence with a shared swimming pool. On the ground floor, it features a living room with a 130cm sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. A bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area features a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms.
Shared swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th, depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance.

Pets allowed: If you bring a pet, a €39 supplement will be required.
