Cavalaire is well known to divers for the many sites and wrecks submerged in exceptional flora and marine fauna. It is possible, even in summer, to park there easily and be quiet on the beach! We will give you many details and little secrets of the Cavalairois that will help you spend an unforgettable vacation!

Le Clos des Lantanas is a beautiful Provencal villa well renovated, with WIFI, 4 rooms (125 m2 on 2 levels) with a sea view and a superb Mediterranean garden. It is located in an exceptional environment, calm and green, 1500 m from a magnificent sandy beach and 2000 m from many shops.

Le Clos des Lantanas is a spacious and very beautiful villa, in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden, quiet if, of course, you like the song of the cicadas!

It offers, on 125 m2 well renovated, 3 bedrooms all air conditioned, which can accommodate 1 or 2 families with children:

- a garden view room of 12 m2 opening onto a large terrace of 60 m2, with 2 beds of 90x190 (air conditioning
 silent new Mitsubishi in 2019)

- a sea view room of 12 m2 opening onto a 12 m2 balcony overlooking the garden, with a 160x200 double bed and very quiet new Mitsubishi air conditioning;

- a hill view room for 2 children or adolescents of 9 m2 with toys, a beautiful pull-out bed and very quiet new Mitsubishi air conditioning;

The living room is nicely decorated, with a fireplace, a new flat screen TV, a CD player, a stereo, games, books, and has new silent air conditioning as of April 2019! It has wide access to the terrace and a sofa bed which can be used for one or two additional people.

The 12 m2 dining room has a table for 8 people and a large choice of dishes and cutlery.

The kitchen is very well equipped: traditional oven, extractor, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, microwave, electric coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, food processor, toaster, kettle ...

2 bathrooms completely renovated in 2019:
- bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, which was completely renovated in 2018;
- bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer (renovation completed in May 2019).

There are 2 individual WCs;

The garden furniture has an outdoor table and 8 contemporary chairs, a gas barbecue, 6 sun loungers and deckchairs, a large adjustable parasol, an electric blind allowing you to have lunch in the shade. The sea view overlooks the Cap Lardier natural park, the cape being superb to see in the evening light.

Le Clos des Lantanas has in particular:

- free WIFI connection;
- 3-burner gas barbecue;
- washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner;

Children and babies are particularly welcome:

- baby chair and cot up to 2 years, baby bath;
- beach games and toys are available to host children.

The land is enclosed by a fence (75 meters of fence were renovated in 2018), a gate and a gate. You can park your car behind the gate and in front of the house entrance or on the street.

Pets (small dogs) are allowed.
