Chalet

Ideally located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges in Gérardmer in a calm and natural environment, the chalet is located on the mountainside near the ski slopes, the forest, the town center, 1 km away. It is quietly located on a nature property where children can have fun. The chalet is bright because it benefits from the clarity of the valley, it has large picture windows, it is oriented to enjoy the sunset and allows the night lying to appreciate the lights of the city and the multitude of stars which are visible from a certain height. It is bright because during the autumn and winter periods when in the region we are under the clouds Gérardmer often benefits from a beautiful blue sky.
The chalet is comfortable, well insulated, built in 2014 according to the principles of low energy consumption and the rules of respect for the environment; heat pump, wood stove, large bay windows with double glazing, VMC double flow, Canadian well. The Canadian well coupled with the VMC double flow allows to have a temperate atmosphere inside the chalet during hot weather.
The Chalet is new with a large Terrace which allows you to enjoy the view of the valley, the outdoor furniture, a plot of more than 1000 m2, a slide, ...

On this mountainside there are few dwellings which allows you to take advantage of the climate, the holiday atmosphere and the nature side of the location.

Inside a large living room which includes: kitchen, dining room, living room, stove, television, DVD player, radio, wifi.

Large kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge freezer, granite worktop. Dyson vacuum cleaner everything is arranged so that everyone can enjoy the holidays.

Ideal for 7 people, the sofa bed (150x200) also allows up to 9 people.

The chalet is 100 m2, the terrace 25 to 30 m2, it includes a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Spring green room: 1 double bed 160x200 plus possibility of putting a cot. View over the valley.
Blue summer room: 1 double king size bed 180x200. View over the valley.
Autumn bedroom (red): 2 single bunk beds 90x200 and 1 single bed 90x190. Mountain side view.
A bathroom with toilet at the entrance of the Chalet. Large 120x90 shower with large format shower head.
Upstairs bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

Washing machine, dryer, charcoal barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers are available.

Sheets and towels available as an option.

The chalet has obtained 4 stars by the Departmental Union Tourist Offices ;-)

In winter, the access road is plowed, however you must have snow tires or chains to be able to access in the event of heavy snowfall.

In the tariffs the costs of electricity, heating, wood for the stove is included.
For sheets and linen there is a flat rate of 120 Euros.
For cleaning there is a flat rate of 80 Euros.
