500 meters from the beach, our house will allow you to spend a dream vacation in a very pleasant setting. It is located near the pond where you can swim, go windsurfing, fish for excellent sea bream or simply admire the magnificent Canigou on the horizon, while relaxing under a beautiful sun by the river. water. The real beach is only a five minute walk away, so there is no need to take the car to get there. The house is surrounded by very interesting leisure activities, the sailing school, tree climbing, cinema, tennis, the Circus Casino, the aqualand and its water games, and despite these activities, is located in a very calm environment, which guarantees you a very good sleep when the evening comes.

The garden is fenced, and is therefore safe for young children. In the evening, two cars can park in the garden away from prying eyes. There is also the garage, but most tenants use it instead to store windsurfers, bikes or others.
