Set back from a quiet street and peacefull, it is located in the center of a large opened landscaped garden of 1/2ha. It will welcome your children of all ages who will be able to enjoy the house's outdoors safely.

This spacious house will offer you all the comfort necessary for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, between nature and ocean. It comprises 5 bedrooms (1 with 2 beds of 140cm), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a covered terrace with barbecue.

It is located 8km away from the beautiful beaches of Contis, 100m from a cycle lane leading to the ocean and on the edge of the "landaise" forest; what promises beautiful walks in full nature!
The shops (bakeries, butcher, grocery, restaurant, bike rental, spa) are accessible at 2 mn by walk. The village also has a supermarket nearby (500m in Saint Julien-en-Born and 5km in Lit-et-Mixe). A doctor's office and a pharmacy are about 500m away.

The supervised beach in summer time is accessible by bike in 30 minutes by the cycle lane (on a flat path) and by free shuttle during the day (in summer).

The house must be cleaned before leaving. We can provide the housework if discussed before booking.
Linen is not provided.
The weekly rentals are running from Saturday afternoon 15:00 to the following Saturday 10:00 am.
A refundable deposit of 600€ has to be provided at the start of your stay.
