Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house welcomes you 60 meters from the Vendée ledge, the cycle path and the pedestrian path. Near the lighthouse and Trou du Diable, you can also enjoy the small beaches and coves (80 meters) or the supervised beach (600 m).

Saint Gilles and Saint Hilaire offer you all small shops and supermarkets.
You can also enjoy the markets of Sion-sur-l'Océan (1.5 km), Saint Hilaire-de-Riez and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de Vie (2.5 km).

- independent studio of 26 m2 (3 beds of 80 which can be transformed into 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 80, kitchenette, shower room and WC)

Garden side, barbecue and semi-buried swimming pool (3.5 x 5) secure will ensure you happy moments with family or friends.

From the balcony in front of the house, you have an ocean view.

Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie train station is 2.5 km from the villa.

Parking is possible in the street in front of the villa, it is free.
