- Additional charges are applied for:
1) the provision of bed linen and bathroom linen (cost adjustment depending on the number of occupants and the length of stay).
2) cleaning upon departure. However, the house must be returned to a normal state of cleanliness. An uncashed deposit of €130 will be requested on the day of your arrival by the concierge to protect against any accident on the subject. In the case of long stays, you can, if you wish, optionally use the cleaning services of the concierge service.
