This villa is on 2 levels
- the floor conditioning consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140/200 (new bedding in March 2018), the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower (shower redone in 2019) , a separate toilet
- the ground floor has a large living room: living room with sofa bed, TV, HIFI channel; dining room; American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator; WC; cellar with washing machine and fridge freezer.
This villa is terraced on the left side with a clear separation of greenery between the 2 gardens.
This house is equipped with WIFI, on the terrace you will find a table and chairs outdoor WEBER barbecue and sun loungers.
The shops of the Bormes pine (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor ...) are 5 minutes walk, the historic village of Bormes les Mimosas is 5 minutes by car.
You can explore this beautiful region with many walks or go to the beaches of Favière, Cabasson (Fort Brégnançon) or Estagnol all located about ten minutes by car. The beaches of Lavandou are they to about fifteen minutes.
It is advisable to smoke only outside the house.
