The 100m2 house has 1 living room and 3 bedrooms. A total of 6 beds.

Our house has received Quality Control by the Conciergerie de Bormes - Le Lavandou.

It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach on a practically flat route crossing a pine forest and no road. (The time is 13 minutes by taking the interior road of the Estate which extends you).

The house is through and gives on each side on a terrace. The front terrace is naturally shaded by two large and old cork oaks.

You access the house from the road through the garden.
Another part of the garden is located behind the house and allows you to go directly on a pedestrian path.

Possibility to park under the trees or in front of the garage which remains closed for our personal use).
From the roundabout in front of the house, you reach a pedestrian path which allows you to get to the beach in 5 minutes by crossing a pine forest. (The time is 13 minutes by taking the interior road of the Estate which extends you).

The kitchen is fully equipped. You of course have a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as all the kitchen equipment (toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc ...)

The living room is charmingly and comfortably furnished with TV and internet access.

THE DOMAIN :
Two beaches are accessible in the area and overlook the bay of Gaou Bénat.
Above one of them is a beach restaurant, a sailing club, and ball fields.
A swimming instructor gives lessons all summer on the beach.
The sailing club gives lessons and rents dinghies, catamarans, kayaks and paddles.

A large number of footpaths allow you to make long walks in the area without walking on the roads.

In July and August, a grocery store offers everything you may need (grocery store, vegetables, butcher, caterer, fish, bread, newspapers). It is located less than 5 'walk from the house. (The time is 13 minutes by taking the interior road of the Estate which extends you).
