Apartment

Three stations by tram from the sea and Old Nice, and two minutes walk from Avenue Jean Médecin, this apartment is located in the heart of the city, in a nice building of Nice. In an inner courtyard, in front of a pedestrian street, it enjoys a quiet environment. It is served by the tram which stops a few steps from the building and by train (10 minutes from the apartment). In a very lively area, where the famous market of the Liberation (vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, local producers) takes place every day, the building is close to all the restaurants, shops, museums, cafes. Next to the new cinema. Close to the carnival of Nice! The apartment, facing South-East, is bathed in sun all day. It contains three bedrooms, a bathroom, an independent kitchen, a living room and a balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms each with a single bed and a single pull-out bed. You can bring your sheets and towels. Otherwise, I can provide them at a rate of 10 euros per person (sheets + towel).
A deposit of 1000 euros per check will be requested on arrival and fully refunded at departure if no damage is found.
