The joy of fully enjoying the beach in a small house and its private courtyard.
It is located in a hamlet of residences without direct access to cars, private overhead parking is available.
From the courtyard, the sea can be admired while remaining protected from the agitation and the gaze of bathers.
On the ground floor, it offers a living room with an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, vitro-ceramic stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker
Dolce Gusto), a dining area for 6 people, a lounge area with television and convertible sofa offering a bed of 140 cms of very good comfort, a toilet.
Upstairs, it has 2 bedrooms each with a 160/200 bed (possibility of separating a bed), a cot is available on request when booking. The bedding is new and of very good quality.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine.
Outside, the courtyard has an electric awning, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
All household linen is provided (sheets, towels and beach towels and tea towels).
For sportspeople, many activities are available to you:
         - A bicycle rental is available in the city center. Possibilities of making great strolls through the cycle tracks towards Sable d'Olonne or towards Noirmoutiers.
- A stone's throw from the residence for surf, kitesurf, paddle, sand yachting schools and beach activities with the Mickey club for the little ones...
- Jet-ski rental on the port.
- 20 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie wake-park on Lake Apremont.
- In the surroundings of St Gilles you are offered: Golf at 8 kms, Horse riding center, karting, bowling ...
The house is located near an embankment which offers several restaurants and seasonal shops.
Markets are present five days a week in the city center and during the evenings of July and August there is a night market.
The train station and the pier for Ile d'Yeu are in the city center.
It is with pleasure that we welcome you for your vacation in this place that we love very much. We welcome your small pets (-10 kg).
We are owners of a 10 m speedboat and subject to the conditions of our schedule and the weather, we will be happy to share with you a small trip at sea.
