In the private domain of the Pléneuf Val André golf course, recent house, comprising on the ground floor a living room opening onto a terrace and a lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped, the 2 bedrooms upstairs are made up of 1 double bed + 2 single beds. One bedroom has a balcony terrace. All the furniture is modern. The house is pleasant to live in because of its brightness. The area is very quiet with little traffic. The swimming pool is open on July and August. The beach is accessible on foot via a hiking path.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, TV, DVD player, 1 garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue. Private parking and storeroom for bikes also included.
Activities in the Val André and its surroundings: Fine sandy beaches, SPA, Thalasso, cinema, casino, Golf, Tennis, tree climbing, hiking, markets.
The town of Erquy, Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte are a few minutes by car. Saint Malo and the pink granite coast are about an hour away by car.
