In a quiet and secure gated residence but close to beaches and restaurants, we offer a 3 bedroom (each bedroom + dining room being equipped with air conditioning) with living room apartment. You will benefit from a 20m swimming pool (accessible from 15 May to 30 September), a tennis court, a “petanque” court and a room with table tennis.
In addition, a secure parking space is provided, and private parking is available for visitors.

The area of the apartment is 75m2. In addition, there is a terrace of 15m2 and 150m2 garden.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and storage, a lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, broadband Wi-Fi & TV are available.

From the flat, it is only a 10min walk to the centre of Juan-les-Pins, as are the towns beaches and it is a 20min walk to the old town of Antibes.

It is an ideal flat to enjoy a holiday as a couple, with friends or as a family.
