Recent house of 80 m², on the edge of a natural area, in a quiet and private location, 2 minutes walk from shops, 500 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach and 5 minutes by bike from the port, including:
On the ground floor, a large bright living room opening onto the terrace with a bay window, an open, equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with double bed, shower room, WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, WC.
A terrace with garden (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue ...), a garage for bikes, a private parking space.
Washing machine, TV and CD-DVD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Sheets and household linen not provided. Possibility to rent from the person responsible for the maintenance of the house.
Cleaning on departure is not included.
