The typically Provencal farmhouse is located on more than 15,000m2 of land, in a green area, in the countryside, in the town of Monteux.

In addition to the presence of a swimming pool on the site, you can discover, 5 mins from the farmhouse, the LAKE BEAULIEU where swimming is supervised. You will be delighted with a pedal boat ride on the lake, the giant tobagan which lands in the water.

In this area of attraction of Monteux is also located the large water park "WAVE ISLAND" and the spot of the giant artificial wave of SURF.
The SPIROU amusement park, which opened in June 2018, will allow you to spend a pleasant day in the company of the character of the park, but also marsupilamis, Gaston Lagaffe, Fantasio and others.

In July, you can attend the Avignon Festival shows (18kms or 15mns). This year 2019, it will open its doors from 04 to 23 July.

La Maison des Amis has a large terrace near the swimming pool.
It has a capacity of 8 people.
It combines modern comfort with the charm of the old.
It is composed - on the ground floor, of an entrance hall-library, a large kitchen, a utility room with a freezer with drawers, an independent living room equipped with two sofas, fireplace with insert, d '' a large dining room with convertible sofa (new) at the back of the room for sleeping 2 people (a screen shelters the gaze), a bathroom with WC accessible from the laundry room,
                                    - and upstairs 3 bedrooms, one very large with a double bed in 200cm X 180cm and a BZ in 190cm X 120cm, its own bathroom, another bedroom with a bed in 200cm X 160cm, adjoining a bathroom and the third with a 190cm X 140cm bed; an independent WC.

Main equipment: TV, DVD player, WIFI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, household linen provided, upright freezer.
Swimming pool 8m x 5m, traditional secured by barrier to standards, located in front of the rental terrace and which will be exclusively reserved for you.
160 euros of cleaning and maintenance of household linen are included in the price.
Beds are made upon arrival, and linens are provided, except pool towels.
You can take your meals outside, on the covered terrace located against the swimming pool, shaded in summer, equipped with a garden table and chairs. You can fully enjoy the sun, a barbecue awaits you.
A raised, fenced park of several thousand square meters surrounds the swimming pool and the house.
The thickness of the walls, several hundred years old will give you a soft freshness.
Common sense in Provence requires that shutters and windows be closed during the day to protect themselves from the heat and that they are opened all night. So our windows are fitted with mosquito nets, so that the fresh night air enters.

We have a chicken coop with a few hens ... without a rooster. You will have the pleasure of tasting fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden
