We live in a lovely town house of 125m2, with a fenced garden and secure swimming pool. The house is modern and has all the necessary comforts for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The garden features a shaded terrace for lunch outside even during hot weather.
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms and in the lounge.
A centralized closure system of the flaps, and an alarm device for closing the home very quickly.

The garden has an automatic watering system and the pool speaks very easily with a robot.
Parents of young children, we have baby equipment (bed-umbrella, high chair ...) that we put at your disposal to avoid overloading your car.

Description of the house: On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, an office with sofa bed, a laundry area and a toilet.
On the floor, 2 rooms of children with single bed (trundle), a room of bath with tub and TOILET, a parental room and its room of annexed water.
