Furnished gite of 60 m² for up to 4 adults in the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc while being quiet. 2 independent bedrooms, including a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm bed) and another with bunk beds, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen with a sitting area. An independent balcony and a common terrace. a baby cot is available if needed. Parking in an enclosed courtyard is included.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an induction hob with an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker (and a Nespresso).

Ideal for visiting the Pont d'Arc cave, canoeing down the Ardèche gorges, passing the Tour de France in July 2016, discovering southern Ardèche with all its tourist attractions and gastronomy.
This cottage is ideal for a family. You can eat in the shade of the hazel tree around a barbecue.
The center of the village is 2 min. walk. You will find bakeries, banks, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and minimarket. The first supermarket is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Pets not allowed. Smoking only possible outside.

Comment from Nicolas: Excellent welcome, really charming hosts with whom we had a very good stay. The house is immaculate, well renovated, with everything you need and an excellent location. We will definitely be back when we next stay in the area.
